Finding Harmony Recovery helps men overcome addiction by combining structured recovery housing with meaningful employment and daily accountability. With your support, men who once struggled with addiction are rebuilding their lives, supporting themselves, and becoming productive members of their community. Reliable Transportaion

A steady job only works if you can get there. Our transportation program ensures residents have dependable rides to and from work each day, removing a critical barrier and helping them maintain employment, accountability, and momentum in their recovery.

Meaningful Employment

Work is a powerful part of recovery. Through our workforce-first model, residents gain steady employment, rebuild confidence, and develop the responsibility and skills needed to thrive independently and contribute to their community.

Lasting Recovery

Recovery is more than sobriety, it is a new way of living. Our structured environment, peer support, and accountability help residents build the habits, resilience, and community connections needed to sustain long-term recovery and a healthy life.

Help us reach $40,000 to secure a 15-passenger van and guarantee transportation to work for 40 men rebuilding their lives.

Our three current vehicles are shown above, and are not enough to ensure all can safely and consistently get to work.

Every resident in our program is required to work.

Many hold warehouse and shift-based jobs that do not align with public transportation schedules. Reliable transportation is the key factor in maintaining steady employment and long-term stability.

We serve 40 residents, including U.S. Veterans, who are rebuilding their lives through stable work and structured housing. Project Wheels-to-Work expands our transportation capacity to ensure every resident has a guaranteed seat to work each day, removing barriers and strengthening long-term independence.
