Reliable Transportation

A steady job only works if you can get there. Our transportation program ensures residents have dependable rides to and from work each day, removing a critical barrier and helping them maintain employment, accountability, and momentum in their recovery.

Meaningful Employment

Work is a powerful part of recovery. Through our workforce-first model, residents gain steady employment, rebuild confidence, and develop the responsibility and skills needed to thrive independently and contribute to their community.

Lasting Recovery

Recovery is more than sobriety, it is a new way of living. Our structured environment, peer support, and accountability help residents build the habits, resilience, and community connections needed to sustain long-term recovery and a healthy life.

Every resident in our program is required to work.

Many hold warehouse and shift-based jobs that do not align with public transportation schedules. Reliable transportation is the key factor in maintaining steady employment and long-term stability.

Finding Harmony Recovery operates a Workforce-First model focused on accountability and employment.

We serve 40 residents, including U.S. Veterans, who are rebuilding their lives through stable work and structured housing. Project Wheels-to-Work expands our transportation capacity to ensure every resident has a guaranteed seat to work each day, removing barriers and strengthening long-term independence.

"I’m not perfect, but I’m present. I’m working, growing, and I’m sober.”

Kris’s Story: Finding Stability Through Structure

I came to Finding Harmony Recovery feeling lost and unsure of my future.

This program gave me structure, accountability, and a real chance to rebuild my life. Even when I struggled to believe in myself, the people here didn’t give up on me.

Ms. Georgette leads with strength and compassion. She holds you accountable, but she truly cares. That is what helped me change.

Today, I’m working, growing, and most importantly, I’m sober. This program didn’t just help me get clean. It helped me start living again.

Now employed through our Wheels-to-Work program.
